ABOUT MITHRIL

What?

Mithril shares the practice of yoga, expression and dialogue online. We facilitate your journey inward.

How?

By offering online spaces. All content by the medical doctor, yoga researcher and instructor Tiril Elstad.

  • Yoga Studio: Movement, meditation, breathing, mindfulness, philosophy.

  • Academy: Knowledge is often the first step to change - to accept, to set intentions and to beginnings, new habits, such as a dedicated yoga practice, healthy eating, sleep routine and stress management.

  • The Labyrinth: For a dedicated practice over time with 1:1 follow-up. Read more here.

  • Dialogue: All members of the Labyrinth will get a pingpong access to Tiril (emails) for their journey, but we’d love to get feedback and wishes from members of the studio too.

  • Expression portal: We love art - share your poems, drawings, sounds or other forms of originality from source with our community.

Why?

For increased health and wellbeing. Many experience distress, sleep issues, back pain, distance to self- and others. We want to share a practice to unite mind, body and spirit toward inner peace, firmly grounded in science and health practices, with a touch of art, spirituality and devotion.*

* moreover, many are walking in the same footsteps of study outward (podcasts, self-help books, treatments etc.) - Mithril facilitates the actual practice inward - encouraging you to spend time in silence, with the present moment.

Who for?

All humans feeling called. We believe you are your best teacher, all we do is facilitate your journey inward. Once you are a member you will get an email from Tiril and from there we walk the Path of practice - habits of breath, nutrition, beauty sleep, movement and expression supporting you on your way witnessing the Light within.
