The Labyrinth
This is an invitation to journey inward, stripping away layers to uncover the Self. You cannot do this wrong - all you do is to walk one step at a time, present in each step.
The beauty of the Labyrinth is that you may work your way through the content and practice in your own rhythm. Once you have signed up, you’ll receive an email from Tiril with the first dialogue interaction, and together we go from there.

About the Paths
Path of Nutrition
Diet and hydration becomes part of you - your temple body. Food can be a stressor if you eat what your body is intolerant to. Food can also cause imbalances in the gut microbiome. And so this Path is about learning how to best support your physical body through delicious nutrition. You get an overview of the elimination-provocation diet, a candida diet, and you access my favourite recipes on this journey.
Path of Breath
The breath is a powerful tool to access the moment. Many think of breathwork as a recipe, but on this Path the goal is for you to access your inner teacher through contemplation - a golden middle way of balance in between focus and letting go, hyper-conditions and hypo-conditions. You get your own e-copy of the Big Book on Breath, and access to video practices and resources.
Path of Sound
Sound vibration can be heard through the sense of hearing, and it can also be felt thorough interoception - can you feel how the humming boosts your taste buds, softens muscular tensions, releases blood flow to the extremeties, and calms the mind? On this Path you receive Mithril’s own soundtracks, as well as several video classeson the use of sound in your practice.
Path of Movement
Softening the body language through mindful movement - what if your posture has looped into an old pattern - would you want to explore new ways to stand upright? On this Path we work on pelvic and thoracic posture, alignment of the spine and sacrum, and we also do heart- and pelvis opener practices. You also get access to resouces on Yoga Anatomy.
Path of Intuition
On this Path we explore the circle of intuition based living, meaning we access a space of safety and grounding before opening the heart to see clearly our intuition, what I want, underneath the noice of fear and agenda. Then - we practice to communicate our Truth out in the world through expression and choices. We make active choices that support the Self. Video teachings, resources and 1:1 dialogue with Tiril of course.
Path of Sleep and Rest
Unfortunately many humans are struggling with sleep and rest. Running thoughts, inner turmoil, or simply just a body that keeps spinning after the engine is turned off, like ball bearings. This Path offers video classes and a concrete compendium with the top sleep routine, including breathing exercises and body scans and supplement regimes. No physical or mental body works well without a good nights sleep, and preferably also pauses from the marathon in every day life - this might be one of the best investments in health and wellbeing - a gift to yourself.
