Path of Intuition
Connecting with your intuition is about accessing the wisdom within. It is the process of having the courage to let thoughts (criticism, categorization, control, fear) come and go without identification. You are not your thoughts; you are something much deeper - and it's that deeper place we aim to connect with and listen to. It's there, just often obscured by the noise of our thoughts and emotions, preventing us from seeing (our intuition) clearly.
That said, we all have thoughts, are critical, fearful, emotional, reactive and desire control. It's part of being human, so the goal isn't to eliminate this aspect but rather to allow reactive body and mind to exist without further distraction. By doing so, you will be presented with the spaces in between the noise, the naked moment, that is where intuition lies.
