The breath is our life force - we would not last minutes without it.
It comes and goes in cycles - symbolizing the ebb and flow of life itself - so precious, so vulnerable and temporarily. We use this gift to access the moment. On this Path we deepen our practice through both Knowledge and Wisdom. You get to practice breathwork AND you are the first to see my newest book project on the yoga breath (I call it the Big Breath Book). Digital and no visualisations yet, but with dedication and course etc…
