This Path is for you who want to work on your physical body and posture through the practice of moving meditation.

We focus on the connection between the sacrum and cranium, so the spine, and tailbone, the tilt of the pelvis, and the thorax posture. Many with lower or upper back pain, or pain in the physical body, will benefit from this journey.

We open up the pelvis and the heart space. We explore the pelvis and lower back, upper back and how to build a good posture. We work on core stability and flexibilty, and you learn anatomy of the back. Lots of practice that you can bring into your everyday routine for better posture and mindful movement patterns.
